I didn’t want to go to the ER so I took a chance. I was dehydrated and hadn’t been able to keep anything down for 2 days. They gave me an anti-nausea injection and even offered an I V. Excellent doctor and staff. I’m so happy they are at the bottom of my hill.

Edited to add: I had an appointment here recently and again received the best of care. I appreciate the diligence and knowledge of Dr Mirzaie-Amirabadi. We are lucky to have One Urgent Care in our neighborhood. Original review: I took my kiddo to be seen at OneCare today as there were no available appointments at our pediatricians office yesterday or today. Location & Parking: The location is very convenient, located on Juanita Dr in Finn Hill. Access is easy and convenient for residents of Kirkland, Juanita, Finn Hill, Kenmore and beyond. We arrived at lunch hour, the Mexican restaurant was buzzing and there were cars everywhere, so OneCare having reserved parking spots were the first of many positive things about our experience. Entrance / Reception: We entered a spotless, well lit, spacious foyer, with lots of space between seats and even a little padded floor section for kids. The receptionist was friendly & knowledgeable, the registration process simple and, best of all, walk-ins were being accepted, no appointment necessary. Yes!! Insurance: Billing was so easy! While I completed the shortest, large post-it sized patient information form, my ID and insurance card were scanned and details entered into their system. Once I had completed the form, the check-in process was finished and we were told we were next to be seen. As of today, the following insurance is accepted: Premera, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence, BlueShield, First Choice Health, United Healthcare, Community Health Network of Washington, Aetna Medicare Solutions, Humana, Meritain Health, Medicaid, Tricare, Medicare, Pacific Source Health Plans, LifeWise, Aetna, Wellpoint. Wow!!! Wait time: The medical assistant called us within 5 minutes and showed us into a spotless, well lit, uncluttered exam room (I mean you'd expect nothing less but it has to be highlighted all the same as not every clinic is made equal!). I cannot thank Dr. Arash enough for the incredible care provided to my son when he was in severe pain late at night, we barely made it before they closed for a day. It was a frightening experience as a parent, but the doctor’s quick response, professionalism, and genuine compassion turned a stressful situation into one where we felt truly supported and cared for.

We've visited One Urgent Care in Kirkland a few times for our 5-year-old son’s colds and sore throats, and we couldn’t be happier! The clinic is spotless and welcoming, making every visit comfortable. Dr. Arash is truly exceptional—his expertise and warm demeanor put our son at ease, and he absolutely loves him! Dr. Arash listens carefully, diagnoses quickly, and explains everything clearly. The staff is friendly, and wait times are minimal. Highly recommend this gem for families—5 stars!

I have been dealing with a bad ear ache and could not get into to see my primary Dr. Then I learned about the Urgent Care facility right by Plaza Garcia. Making an appt was very simple, the office is spotless and Dr Arash was very compassionate and a great listener. I was brought back at exactly my appt time. I learned I had a severe ear infection and he put me on antibiotics getting the prescription to the pharmacy so quickly that it was ready when I got there. An after visit summary was texted which is helpful to hand off to your primary Dr. I did have to go back to get my antibiotics adjusted and Dr Arashs greeting was welcoming, remembering key details from my previous appt. It is really nice to know we have an Urgent Care right here on Finn Hill!

I’ve had great experiences at one urgent care. Very kind and awesome doctor. I like how he listens and then makes suggestions.. great staff also.. super clean clinic. I came in one hour early, got accepted right away. Highly recommend this place!

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care while suffering from the flu. Despite my severe weakness, the staff was exceptionally supportive and attentive, providing physical assistance at every step. The physician was highly proficient and thorough, taking the time to listen patiently and ensure a comprehensive diagnosis. Thanks to their effective treatment plan, my recovery was swift. I highly recommend this facility for their professional and compassionate care.

Went in after my son gashed his chin playing street hockey. We arrived on a Wednesday evening at 6pm, he was getting stitches by 6:15 and we were on our way home before 6:25. The doctor was great, and really made sure my son had no additional injuries, especially a concussion, though we had no real concerns about that. Overall a great experience.

She made the check-in process easy and pleasant, which immediately made me feel more relaxed. Dr. Mirzale Arash was very professional, caring, and attentive. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer my questions. I truly felt that he cared and wanted to help.
